ERP Specialist: Distribution & Supply Chain

As the ERP Specialist: Distribution, you’ll be the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion and Coupa, ensuring seamless integration and top-tier performance across our operations. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge ERP solutions, collaborate with passionate teams, and make a real impact on supply chain excellence.

• Own and enhance ERP and procurement systems across multiple operations
• Drive performance improvements in Supply Chain Management
• Manage Oracle Fusion and Coupa interfaces
• Lead training sessions and empower super users
• Implement innovative process improvements

• NQF 7 qualification in a relevant field
• Oracle Fusion expertise (SCM module)
• Coupa administration experience (advantageous)
• Strong project management and analytical skills
•  3+ years in ERP implementations and SCM processes
• Knowledge of JDE distribution module (beneficial)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion SCM usage and implementations
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Coupa administration
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes
• Experience in business process mapping for ERP systems
• Exposure to multiple business systems outside ERP (e.g., mining or plant processing) is beneficial)
• Experience with databases and detailed understanding of table structures
