They’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to champion their portfolio in Gauteng North.

Location: Johannesburg (Sandton, Lonehill, Fourways, Woodmead, Randburg, Melrose, Sandringham, Corlett)
Key responsibilities
- Boost Brand Visibility: Ensure premium products dominate shelves and menus.
- Drive Sales Success: Implement creative strategies to hit and exceed targets.
- Lead Promotions: Execute impactful campaigns that deliver ROI and brand equity.
- Engage Consumers: Create memorable experiences and gather insights.
- Operational Excellence: Manage call cycles, reporting, and outlet coding flawlessly.
- Asset Management: Keep promotional stock and company vehicle in top shape.
Experience and qualifications
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience within FMCG or liquor industry
- Product & Category Knowledge: Strong understanding of product/service knowledge and category management.
- Marketing & Accounting Principles: Must have knowledge of these principles to manage promotions and ROI effectively.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to work with digital tools and reporting systems.
- Skills & Competencies:Ability to conceptualise and negotiateCustomer orientation and strong interpersonal skillsCreativity and big-picture thinkingAbility to work independently and use initiative
- Personal Attributes: Endurance and ability to tolerate extended hours (field-based role).
- Valid drivers licence (Essential)
Remuneration
Approx. R30,000 per month including benefits.
Quarterly Incentives of around R10,000.
