About the role

Brands don’t win attention anymore by “looking nice.” They win by creating moments — centre-court takeovers, expo experiences, pop-ups and retail activations that stop people in their tracks and dominate social feeds.

We are recruiting a Senior Conceptual Designer to be the ideas engine behind those moments. This role is about big thinking first, design second. You’ll turn blank canvases into pitch-winning concepts that excite clients, unlock revenue, and become real, physical experiences seen by thousands of people.

You’ll work on:

  • High-visibility centre-court and expo activations
  • Beauty, cosmetics and lifestyle brand experiences
  • Pop-ups, launches and immersive retail moments
  • Concepts designed to look incredible in real life and on social media

Key responsibilities

Concept Creation

  • Develop bold, on-trend concepts for retail, expos, pop-ups and event spaces
  • Translate global beauty, lifestyle and retail trends into compelling physical experiences
  • Create moodboards, storyboards, experience flows and early-stage 3D visualisations
  • Design strong consumer journeys within mall or expo environments
  • Continuously bring fresh ideas that help win pitches and unlock revenue

Pitch & Sales Support

  • Build high-impact concepts specifically for pitch decks
  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to bring ideas to life visually
  • Help improve pitch win rates by showcasing thinking clients haven’t seen before

Creative Collaboration

  • Brainstorm and support other designers on pitch concepts when needed
  • Translate your vision into clear direction for final artwork and execution
  • Ensure the final designs stay true to the original concept

Experience and qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in conceptual, experiential or retail environment design
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and journey design
  • Deep interest in beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, retail and global design trends
  • A fast, visual thinker — able to sketch, storyboard or block ideas in 3D
  • Confident pitching concepts and selling ideas visually
  • High creative energy and passion for new thinking
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • At least one 3D or conceptual tool (SketchUp, Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
  • Hand sketching is a strong advantage
