Objective:

Develop tailored marketing plans aligned with brand strategies. Collaborate with the commercial team to implement cycle activity plans, focusing on growing the luxury portfolio in strategic accounts and geo-locations, across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.

Key responsibilities

Commercial Brand Strategic Implementation

  • Set SMART objectives based on brand cycle plans.
  • Translate brand strategies into commercial standards and tactical guidelines.
  • Adjust plans and budgets based on market dynamics and competitor activity.
  • Measure ROI and execution run rate using commercial data.
  • Support brand activations and merchandising strategies.
  • Maintain weekly trackers for on-trade and off-trade plans.

Brand Execution Excellence

  • Analyze trade data to tailor executions.
  • Build brand equity through world-class execution and channel-specific tools.
  • Ensure availability, visibility, POS, and consumer experience.
  • Plan and execute off-trade and on-trade visibility initiatives.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Share trade insights and unlock opportunities in weekly commercial meetings.
  • Build strong relationships with the commercial team and support planned activities.
  • Assist with key trade relationships.

Brand Management & Reporting

  • Manage annual budget planning and monthly tracking for the region.
  • Allocate budgets with KPIs and ROI expectations.
  • Report on trade, commercial, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze data sources (e.g., Data Orbis, QlikView) for insights and solutions.

POSM, Promo Material & Event Support

  • Capture POSM by account and quantity.
  • Audit event POSM quarterly with stakeholders.

Experience and qualifications

  • Relevant 3-year qualification (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’experience (liquor industry experience advantageous).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
