Objective:
Develop tailored marketing plans aligned with brand strategies. Collaborate with the commercial team to implement cycle activity plans, focusing on growing the luxury portfolio in strategic accounts and geo-locations, across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.
Key responsibilities
Commercial Brand Strategic Implementation
- Set SMART objectives based on brand cycle plans.
- Translate brand strategies into commercial standards and tactical guidelines.
- Adjust plans and budgets based on market dynamics and competitor activity.
- Measure ROI and execution run rate using commercial data.
- Support brand activations and merchandising strategies.
- Maintain weekly trackers for on-trade and off-trade plans.
Brand Execution Excellence
- Analyze trade data to tailor executions.
- Build brand equity through world-class execution and channel-specific tools.
- Ensure availability, visibility, POS, and consumer experience.
- Plan and execute off-trade and on-trade visibility initiatives.
Relationship Management
- Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Share trade insights and unlock opportunities in weekly commercial meetings.
- Build strong relationships with the commercial team and support planned activities.
- Assist with key trade relationships.
Brand Management & Reporting
- Manage annual budget planning and monthly tracking for the region.
- Allocate budgets with KPIs and ROI expectations.
- Report on trade, commercial, and competitor activity.
- Analyze data sources (e.g., Data Orbis, QlikView) for insights and solutions.
POSM, Promo Material & Event Support
- Capture POSM by account and quantity.
- Audit event POSM quarterly with stakeholders.
Experience and qualifications
- Relevant 3-year qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’experience (liquor industry experience advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
